At the same time, we care for the security of your data by taking all the necessary security measures (firewall, anti-virus, etc.). In addition we are backing up on a daily and weekly basis for all the accounts we host on our web servers. Our servers operate within a fully air-conditioned environment (stable temperature at 22 °C, relative humidity 50%), while they are connected to two different power sources supplied by redundant UPS systems.

Availability

Our availability reaches almost 100%! That is because our servers have redundant power supplies (by two independent power sources) and hard drives in RAID1 array for maximum security. Moreover they are connected to the Internet via 100 Mbit/s lines by two different ISPs (OTEGlobe & FORTHnet). Of course, since we are talking about machines, nothing is impossible and we cannot guarantee that no damage will happen. What we can guarantee is that we monitor the status of our servers and we usually prevent any system failure, before it actually happens. If anything happens, we are ready to restore any damage that may occur in a short time, because we always have a machine in standby for such occasions.
